Recently, the Political Consultative Conference Working Committee of Loudong Street in Taicang City organized CPPCC members and people from all walks of life to conduct a special inspection on helping win the battle against pollution prevention and control. We visited enterprises such as Taicang Otto Lifu Shenda Automotive Safety System Co., Ltd., Valve Ange Water Treatment System (Taicang) Co., Ltd., and Taicang Chengdong Sewage Treatment Plant to conduct on-site inspections of volatile organic compound treatment, rainwater and sewage diversion transformation, and sewage main network construction. We also held a symposium to listen to the introduction of the work on fighting pollution prevention and control.

Members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and people from all walks of life fully recognize the achievements made in the deep implementation of pollution prevention and control work such as water control, gas control, and soil control in Loudong Street. They believe that the achievements in promoting the three major battles of "blue sky, clear water, and clean land" are obvious and hard won. At the same time, based on the problems discovered during the inspection, members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and people from all walks of life actively provided suggestions and recommendations on the balanced distribution of environmental protection infrastructure, the scientific implementation of the river chief system, and the utilization of the source benefits of sewage interception projects.
